Our goal is to provide you with accurate information always and the healthiest, genetically sound aquarium fish available.  The Angels and Betta are bred right here at SITFH: many of the other animals are from respected breeders and wild collected.  We ship to all 50 States with LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED!  Here's how the Guarantee works:

Unless otherwise mentioned, or agreed Express Delivery is required.  You must be available to accept the animals at the carrier's first attempt for delivery.  

If there is a mortality, Do Not Open The Bag.  You'll need to take a digital picture (dead fish in un-opened bag) and e-mail it to us within 2 hours of 1st delivery attempt.  

We'll replace the animal or send you a credit for in store use.  No digital camera?  Well, give us a call.  Something can always be worked out.

The credit does not apply to shipping and the Guarantee does not cover shipping.  We don't make money for shipping, that's what the carrier does.   For Live Fish, no fee packaging includes an insulated liner, heat or cold packs when needed, filler insulation, double bagging with 3 mil bags (more bags for Plecos and larger animals).  For shipping rates, call us or e-mail your City, State and Zip along with what you would like to order.
